Fresh Japanese curry rice dishes and pasta made to order in an open kitchen. “Yoshoku-ya” or Japanese Western Food that is meant to be affordable and fun. Our interpretation of “resort style” Japanese curry that has clean flavors that allows one to actually taste the spices and layers of flavor in the curry. Pastas are a Japanese style adaptation of traditional Italian dishes. Sauces are light, flavorful, and well balanced with al dente pasta.
Our curry is VEGETABLE BASED which means it is vegetarian friendly and does not have all the fat that other “meat based” Japanese curries have.
We do NOT use MSG or any other chemicals that is found in some other establishments featuring Japanese curries.
Our pastas are meant to be enjoyed “al dente” typically found in pasta eateries throughout Japan.
We proudly have an Open Kitchen so you can see the food being made fresh in front of you.
Our curries come with steamed rice but can be substituted with Brown Rice or Pasta for $1 extra.
Our Bolognese pasta is made with kobe beef to give it a distinct Japanese twist.”
Portions are already generous but for the people with larger appetites, we offer extra large portions.
Chef Fujita has come up with whimsical dishes such as mini kobe corn dogs, curry cheese fries with fresh jalapenos, and mac n cheese as appetizers for sharing.
